The citizens desirous can seek information or redressal of their complaints by approaching the Executive Director/ Secretary on any working day during working hours. The citizens desirous to obtain any information relating to this Board under the J&K Right to Information Act, 2009 can have the same by approaching the concerned Assistant Public Information Officer of this Board. However, while seeking information under the Jammu and Kashmir Right to Information Act, 2009, the citizens have to follow the prescribed procedure which involves the deposition of the prescribed fee/making application on the prescribed form as specified in Jammu & Kashmir Right to Information Rules.
